Questions for the curious
In 2023, ZEN introduced the exciting Curious Minds Graduate Program, paving the way for a new chapter in graduate development.
We value the perspective graduates bring to the business and find it exciting to identify and cultivate future talent.
Our 12-month program offers excellent career development opportunities and a real chance to begin a career in the renewable energy industry.
The program encourages collaboration with our executive team, creating an environment for curious minds to grow and create real change.
Our program consists of four key elements:
Induction
Our comprehensive induction program will help first-year graduates rapidly build networks and establish themselves in our organisation.
Mentoring and support
Graduates are matched with mentors to assist them with all placement elements, including skills development and career guidance.
Professional development
Graduates are encouraged to continue developing further education in their areas of interest.
The program is an exciting opportunity for graduates to gain valuable experience in the renewable energy industry from a 1.5-degree company that is serious about a zero-carbon future. It is a vital time for the energy industry, and our graduates get to be at the forefront of the energy transition. In our inaugural program, our graduates enjoyed:
- Real company experience
- Quality training
- Executive mentoring
- Career opportunities and permanent positions on completion of the program
To add to the invaluable experience gained in the program and a foot in the door of a leading energy company, we offer a competitive graduate starting salary coupled with recognition for excellent performance through our performance-based incentive program.
We recognise, respect, and value every aspect that makes us unique. Therefore, we seek graduates with diverse insights, ambition, and a passion for leading communities to a zero-carbon world.
We are interested in individual characteristics—values and perspectives, not only academic abilities.
To apply for this program, there are a few conditions;
- The successful completion of an undergraduate degree within the last 12 months or in the final year.
- Availability to work full-time or part-time.
- Completion of profiling assessment to evaluate the fit between personal and corporate value and assist with development opportunities.
- Hold permanent Residency or an Australian/NZ citizenship, or have the legal right to work in Australia on application.
