The team at Coriole use recycled, rain and bore water, actively bio-manage their soil and produce their own compost and green manures for their on-site restaurant.

Their 98.6kW system has annual carbon offsets of around 85,000 kgs of CO2e, or the equivalent of planting 850 trees a year. Coriole Winery achieved an ROI of 30% for this project with payback complete in just three years.
