TAKE WELLBEING DAYS
Wellbeing initiatives are an essential part of ZEN. Once every quarter, our team can take a day to recharge. In 2023, our team collectively took 183 wellbeing days.
VOLUNTEERING DAYS
Over half of our team volunteered with community organisations across Australian in 2023. We offer one volunteering day every year.
CELEBRATING ACHIEVEMENTS
We became the first Australian headquartered electricity company signed to the global Equal by 30 Initiative.
